Mr. George N. Mtonga comes to the firm with a background in Political Science ( international studies/ Law), economic finance, product operational management, and information technology ( software and hardware) and has a personal interest in Philosophy. His main areas of business interests are cash-flow development, business development, and business legal sructures. As partner, he is responsible for expanding our client base and efficiently supporting a team of Lawyers, Accountants and Bankers provide the best services for our clients. He holds a B.A in Political Science and Economics ( Hons) from the City University of New York ( Hunter College). He intends on pursuing an MBA in Finance as well as obtain a Jurist Doctor.
Mr. Mtonga is the recipient of the JMS Scholarship, Whitney M. Young Scholarship, Congressional Black Caucus Scholarship, Joe A. Katz Scholarship, Goldman Sachs Scholarship For Excellence, and Galland Lowes Scholarship.

Mr. Koehs is a highly networked and experienced government and corporate consultant with extensive experience running campaigns and special projects in the United States and South Africa. Since arriving in South Mr. Koehs has been contracted by the Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Thanda Group, World Africa Network, is a shareholder in Beyond Steel and founded Rainbow PUSH Africa. Mr. Koehs conceptualized and ran the KwaZulu-Natal's Premier’s FIFA World Cup international hosting programme to showcase the province’s investment opportunities to international investors and government officials before each World Cup Match. Since arriving at the University of KwaZulu-Natal on a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship Mr. Koehs designed the University of KwaZulu-Natal's internal and external marketing strategies, developed the curriculum and launched the University’s Public Policy Department, organized the Chief Albert Luthuli Memorial Lecture keynoted by President Zuma and brought Rev. Jesse Jackson to South Africa to receive an honoaray degree. Mr. Koehs is one of the founders of the African Institute of Renewable Energy and is in negotiations with a number of renewable energy companies to transfer technology to Southern Africa. Mr. Koehs has extensive experience in the political spheres, both in the United States and in South Africa. Mr. Koehs has a BA in Political Science from Morehouse and is writing a Thesis for his Master’s degree in Public Policy.

Mr. David Phillips comes to the firm with an extensive experience in sales and business operations. He has worked on wall street for an extensive amount of time and is responsible for the firm's business logistics. Mr Philips manages the real estate investment portfolio of the firm in New York City. He is based at 1501 Broadway on the 12th Floor in New York City.

Mr. Lackson Siame has expertise in contract management, sales, and marketing. He works closely with the team leader to initial investment projects and provide support to parties involved on the nature of the business agreements from trading agreements, to construction agreements.
