The firm was founded in 1995 after many attempts by the founders in several business areas. The original business area was medicine supply as well as insurance sales. These businesses represented, and still represent, an intimate part of the firm and our commitment to its sustainance is equally admirable even now in 2009. Our original founders included Lackson Siame, who is still a senior patner in the firm, Webster Siame who worked for Finance Bank in Zambia, George N. Mtonga (Sr) who worked in Transportation, Crispin Mtonga who was Chief Operating Offiicer for Zambia Railways apponted by President Kenneth Kaunda, Newton Siame who worked in Zambia National Wholesale and Co, and Maxwell Siame who opened up Premium Life Insurance in Lusaka, Zambia.The founders empahsied the philosophy of having a "fighting spirit" as they faced obstacles in userhering their various businesses in a world that was going through a lot of changes.
The firm has maintained its core-business but has recently (2007) expanded to Wealth Management, which combines insurance and generic finance, Transportation business which involves General supply ( Import/Export) and consumer transportation, and our support business Information Technology which provides technical as well as logistical support to all the business areas. Though we have maintained the culture the founders emphasized, the firm's philosophy with the new leadership is expansion as it meets the shocks of globalization and global economics transformation. Previously a geographically localised firm, we have made great efforts in internationalizing the firm's activities in an effort to not only take adavntage of international business but also usher in a new philosophy of "all business is global."
Though times have changed and the world has moved in a different direction, our founding member's philosophy of a "fighting spirit" echo vibrantly in the firms's culture as it takes on the many challenges in the business world. With a dedicated team of leaders and employees, that"fighting spirit" is projected in the business deals that the firm has managed to secure over the course of its inception in 1995.

Maxwell Siame, Chief Operating Officer/ Founder of Premium Life Insurance. Mr. Siame attended the prestigious colonial boarding school at Kenneth Kaunda boarding school where he maintained his academic credentials. He started the Premium Life Insurance from which our Wealth Management business takes precedence in the 1990s. He continously preached the phliosophy of having a "fighting spirit" in life as well one' personal endevours. We see this spirit in our employees as well as the firm' s own aspiration in the global economy.

Crispin Mtonga was in the Railway business Zambia Railways and was Director of Operations appointed by President Kenneth Kaunda. His intelligence and tenacity is reflected in our continued expansion of the firm in the Transportation business.

Our continued business in Finance is further accentuated by Mr. Webster Siame who worked for Finance Bank in Zambia. A meticulous man, he emphasized expediency in financial transaction and credibility. The firm maintains those ideals and continuously attempts to accentuate it's credibility among clients as it engages in global financial transactions.

George C Mtonga (I) continued in his Father's steps by working as an engineer in Zambia Railways. A long line of engineers with the propensity to solve problems, we continously see this mindset reflected in the firm's continued belief to solve all client's problems especially in the Information Technology business.
